DreamLine Shower Enclosure
The DreamLine Shower Enclosure of tempered safety glass is elegant and sleek. It has a clean look of clear or frosted glass and a tasteful support frame. The anodized aluminum frame comes in chrome, nickel and stainless steel, but is barely noticeable in the overall picture of a glass structure that emanates cool. Glass doors slide open or pivot. The semi-frameless DreamLine Shower Enclosure is all glass with a few hinges and wall fasteners, and is even more like a futuristic skin revival cubicle.
These enclosures beckon the observer, and promise a soothing, comforting shower. The no-frills, simple lines evince the functional ability of the space for a long drenching or a quick rinse. Attachable glass shelves conveniently hold soap products while maintaining the open feel. A shower head takes up very little space and a shower column very little more, in keeping with the spare but purposeful construction.
Enclosures come in four eye-grabbing shapes: round, rectangular, \”neo-angle\” and D-shaped. These sparkling shapes are so appealing to look at, they must be responsible for the viewer\’s urge to step in and take a shower. Who can resist style names like Sparkle, Majestic, Infinity and Tetra? The ENIGMA line also has large enclosures for bathers who need lots of room. The really good news is that all glass is armed with a \”Clear Glass protective coating for anti-lime scale,\” as DreamLine notes it. This will help keep the glass sparkling.
Shower bases, or trays, are part of the DreamLine product lineup, so that the enclosures have a floor with a drain. Drains can be left, right or center in the floor base. Trays have anti-splash thresholds. Some enclosures require two and three-quarter inch depths and some need three and three-quarter inches. Some can be installed onto a tile floor. Bases are white, but a \”removable teak wood flooring panel\” is trimmed in black and provides a little snap. It can be reserved for just one person since it is removable.
The DreamLine shower door is similar to the enclosure in its elegance. Mostly glass with a minimum of hardware, each door is a touch of class to the bath or shower. Doors range from 38\”-39\” to 60\”-61\” in width, and fit various sized openings. Glass thicknesses in doors and enclosures are 3/8\’\’, 5/16\”, or a quarter inch. DreamLine shower doors slide on stainless steel wheels in a stainless track bar, or they pivot. There are bifold doors as well. The \”Unidoor\” with a stationary panel has an opening range of 24\”-61.\”
The DreamLine shower screen will elevate a nice bathroom to an impressive one. The quality of the materials and the serenity of the style will keep it looking like the latest thing for a long time. The accessories are the jewelry. The most up-to-the-minute designs of faucets and volume control handles are as future-oriented as the enclosures they fit into. There are also antique styles if so preferred, and several choices of finishes. The most popular finishes seem to be polished nickel, brushed chrome and brushed nickel.
